Built in the neo-classic taste since 1938 by Joachim Genard, this vast complex of reinforced concrete includes a sports hall, a swimming pool, rooms of assemblies and trade-union headquarters. The program included a theatre, envisaged to occupy the central volume, but it was never carried out.
