Narbonne-Plage has a level 4 (the highest distinction) obtained in 2019 with a modular space of 20 m². This facility has a reception, showers and toilets available to people with disabilities and reduced mobility.
Since 2019, the facility has been at the no.2 first-aid post opposite place de Karantes.
The information offices of Narbonne, Port-La Nouvelle and Le Somail have been awarded the 'Tourisme & Handicap' state quality rating for all four types of disabilities and the one in Saint-Pierre-La-Mer for three disabilities.
