Granhota exists since 2013 to bring glory to French vinegar, a traditional condiment in gastronomy. With selected wines from the Languedoc - thanks to its aromatic and organoleptic structure almost ideal for vinegar - Laurent Faure has produced true to the traditional recipe from Modena balsamic vinegar and also with fruit or spices flavored wine vinegar, without dye, preservatives or sulfites.
The vinegar master works his wine vinegar according to a traditional product and nature-friendly procedure that should never have been abandoned.
