Welcome to la Casa del Arti, a warm and friendly guest house located in Sigean, at 500 meters from the town center and shops. Whether you are on a business trip or on vacation, with your family, as a couple or alone, we welcome you with a smile and a sense of hospitality.
Our single-floor establishment, with Moroccan and Spanish-inspired architecture, has 4 spacious, comfortable, soundproofed and air-conditioned accommodation, for 1 to 4 people, with private bathroom, connected TV, fridge, kettle electric, reversible air conditioning, terrace, ... Baby cots available on request for babies.
We are certified by the official French label Qualité Tourisme for the quality of our services, our warm welcome, the comfort of our accommodation, the attentiveness and support of our guests as well as the respect for the environment.
The house, built in 1977, has been gradually renovated over the past few years. The Africa and Coquelicots rooms have just been completely redone in early 2023. Many projects are still planned to guarantee you exceptional stays.
We offer you a family atmosphere, where you will be received as friends. We like to share our experiences, chat with our guests and give them advice on places to visit in our area.
You can also relax on the private terrace of your room, near the heated swimming pool, under the pergola, ... to have an aperitif or share some moments of conviviality and simplicity.
And you will enjoy private parking and WiFi in all accommodations.
