PLACE DU FORUM

Formerly called Bistan place, this place was renovated in 2004. It partly occupies the site of the Forum dominated on its northern side by a large capitolin temple of which only remain scattered fragments. It has today, in its centre, a new fountain, a copy of the one that was built at this place in the 17th century. During the Middle-ages the place was dominated by the old Saint-Sebastian church (disappeared) and was the site of the old market.
